Now Hiring: Experienced Roofing Shingler

High Ridge Roofing & Gutters is currently seeking an experienced and well-rounded roofing shingler with at least three years of roofing installation experience.


This position involves installing and repairing asphalt shingle roofing systems while working as part of a professional roofing crew. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, following safety procedures, and maintaining high installation standards.


We provide consistent work year-round and guarantee 40 hours per week, allowing our team members to enjoy stable employment and dependable income.

After 90 days of employment, our benefit package includes:

Employees receive 40 hours of paid time off per year during the first three years, which increases to 80 hours of paid time off annually after three years.

Job Requirements


Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:


At least 3 years of roofing installation experience
Experience installing asphalt shingle roofing systems
Ability to work safely on residential roofing projects
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team

A valid Oregon driver’s license is preferred but not required.
